The product uses a steam heating mode. After heating, steam temperature may continue to rise, which can lead to overheating. Remove the bottle immediately once heating is complete.
Q2. Why is the screen temperature higher than the set temperature?

This is normal with water bath heating technology. The screen shows water temperature, which may exceed the set point before gradually falling back, raising the bottle’s contents to the required level.
Q3. Why is the milk not hot enough after heating?

The heating time may be too short, the room temperature too low, or the bottle too thick. Reheat for an additional 0.5–1 minute and remove the bottle promptly after heating.
Q4. How do I avoid overheating?

Follow the heating time guidelines in the manual or on the device label, and always remove the bottle immediately after heating.
Q5. How do I restart the device when the device triggers the anti-dry burn function?

To restart the device, you must wait for the heater to cool down (approximately 10 minutes) or add cold water in it. Then press the on/off button again.
