How to Choose the Right Flange Size?

FAQs
Q1: Low or decreased suction — How to fix it?
A1:
① Find the Right Fit: Use the included Nipple Ruler to measure, and choose the flange size (17/19/21mm) that feels best for you.
② Check the Assembly: Ensure the flange and milk collector are securely connected.
③ Positioning: Sit comfortably, lean slightly forward (45°), and tuck your chin toward your chest. Keep the pump upright to avoid leaks.
④ Worn Parts: Check and replace worn parts like the valve or silicone suction bowl.
⑤ Motor Issue: If none of the above works, contact us for a hassle-free replacement or refund.
Q2: My breast pump won’t turn on. What should I do?
A2: Fully charge the pump before first use. If the screen is off, plug it in with the provided cable. If it still doesn’t turn on, contact us for a hassle-free replacement or refund.
Q3: The pump stopped working or the motor runs but there’s no suction.
A3: Ensure all parts, especially the silicone suction bowl, are completely dry before assembly. Water stains may cause the motor to stop or lose suction. Always remove the motor before cleaning to avoid liquid damage. If the issue persists, contact us for a hassle-free replacement or refund.
Q4: Level display shows "E1"
A4: The adapter voltage exceeds 6V, causing the pump to enter over-voltage protection and preventing charging. Please use a 5V adapter to resume normal charging.
